Several years ago somebody posted a website that feature pictures of some of the most pedestrian-hostile areas in KC. I distinctly remember one was the parking along Ward Parkway on the south side of Brush Creek where there no sidewalks. Does anyone know the website I am talking about?

Would Roosevelt Collection count as pedestrian friendly, or does it not qualify because its basically a closed-off outside mall?
